Philodendron sp Columbia silver

This is such a laid back and beautiful Philodendron. I have yet to find a way to make it unhappy. The leaves on this one are like no other. They have a deep green/blue indented area around the veins and then between the color softens to that green/silver look. The leaf on this one is still hardening off, so I expect it to get quite a bit larger yet. It is hard to see in the pictures, but there are a ton of roots on this one and it is ready for the transition to soil.
